Our Buisness plane is to establish a 40 rooms with Two room types, each floor will have 4 Small and
4 standard Rooms.
the rooftop – will be open to all our gueest with free complimantry snaks.
Our ground floor will be open to all our guest and locals for a coffe and resturant. Start early in the
morning till late night.
Gym at the basment and working area will be in the Gallery Space.
